Privacy Policy for FixFast
This Privacy Statement outlines how FixFast collects, handles, shares, and safeguards your personal data when you visit our website or use our services. By engaging with FixFast, you confirm that you understand and consent to the data practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our digital products and provide reliable customer support, FixFast gathers specific categories of user information:
Contact Details: Email addresses and mobile telephone numbers.
Game Identifiers: Player IDs, Zone/Server IDs, and related in-game credentials necessary to route and complete top-up orders.
Order & Transaction Data: Purchase records, reference numbers, fulfillment status, and package selections.
Device & Usage Analytics: IP addresses, browser specifications, hardware profiles, activity timestamps, and ad engagement metrics.
FixFast strictly avoids collecting sensitive personal data unless required to execute a specific transaction.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly within reasonable operational boundaries to:
Authenticate, execute, and verify gaming credit top-ups and digital deliveries.
Send transaction alerts, order status updates, and customer service replies via email or direct messaging channels (such as WhatsApp).
Tailor platform experiences and present relevant campaigns, promotional packages, and event news.
Identify suspicious behavior, mitigate security threats, and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent purchases.
Fulfill legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations under Malaysian law.
3. Sharing & Disclosure of Data
FixFast does not rent, sell, or trade personal data to third parties for independent commercial marketing. Information is disclosed only under the following conditions:
Payment Processors: Relayed to authorized payment gateways solely to validate and finalize fund transfers.
Marketing & Measurement Services: Shared with advertising platforms (such as Meta) to assess ad campaign metrics and optimize promotional relevance.
Statutory Obligations: Disclosed when mandated by court orders, statutory frameworks, or regulatory law enforcement.
Integrity & Risk Management: Shared during investigations involving platform misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
4. Payment Security & Third-Party Gateways
Financial processing occurs exclusively through certified external payment gateways. FixFast never captures, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking credentials. Your financial transactions are governed by the dedicated security and privacy frameworks of the respective payment providers.
5. Data Protection Standards
We enforce administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to defend your records against unauthorized access, exposure, alteration, or accidental loss. However, because no internet transmission method or server infrastructure is entirely impenetrable, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Retention of Records
Personal data is retained only for the duration required to achieve order fulfillment, manage account relationships, and satisfy accounting, tax, or legal requirements. Once its purpose has elapsed, records are permanently erased or scrubbed to prevent identification.
7. Individual Rights (PDPA Compliance)
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you are entitled to:
Review and request a copy of the personal data held about you.
Ask for corrections or updates to inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete records.
Revoke consent for continued data processing or opt out of promotional messages, subject to contractual and legal feasibility.
You can exercise these statutory rights by reaching out to our official support team.
8. Cookies & Tracking Tools
FixFast employs cookies, tracking pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and analytical tags to monitor site traffic, evaluate consumer journeys, and refine marketing performance. You maintain full authority to modify, restrict, or disable cookie storage via your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain site functionalities.
9. External Links
Our platform may include hyperlinks pointing to external websites. FixFast maintains no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, security measures, or privacy terms enforced by external parties.
10. Revisions to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect service enhancements or statutory updates. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continuing to use FixFast signifies your agreement to the modified policy.
11. Contact & Inquiries
For questions, data access requests, or issues regarding this Privacy Policy, please reach out to the FixFast Customer Support desk through our designated communication channels, including our official WhatsApp support service. Messages you send to FixFast's WhatsApp support number may be answered by an AI assistant and processed by AI service providers that may be outside Malaysia. We remove phone numbers, names and account IDs from messages before they are sent. Conversations with personal data removed may be used to improve our support answers. You can ask to talk to our team at any time.
